Matthews Studio Equipment has announced an easy-to-use, grip-compatible solution to hold mid-size professional dimmable LED bulbs such as the Astera NYX Bulb and the Aputure B7c.

the BM1 bulb holder offers a quick, convenient and inexpensive way to attach these battery and ballast bulbs to various types of gripping equipment.

The holder works with standard E26 / E27 socket bulbs. It features a 1/4″-20 female insert that allows you to install a MicroGrip pin, MicroGrip rod, and other standard gear. What’s nice is that the stand was designed with a low profile matte surface so it doesn’t reflect glare.
