Keke Palmer buys the updated Mediterranean from Studio City for $1.4 million

Keke Palmer has bought a hillside studio home that once belonged to former Nickelodeon star Jennette McCurdy, Dirt reports. Palmer paid $1.4million for the three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bathroom space that McCurdy, who played Sam on the hit show iCarly, lived between 2013 and 2016.

The 2,600-square-foot Mediterranean-style home features the style’s classic terra-cotta tiles, though its stucco exterior has been given a modern twist with a coat of dark gray paint. Typical of hillside homes, a grand staircase sits at the front of the property, leading from the garage and street to the front door and spacious porch. The main entrance opens into an entertainment area large enough to accommodate a grand piano, dining room, bar and lounge that surrounds a fireplace. Red hardwood floors add color to the home which is otherwise painted entirely in off-white tones. The expansive kitchen features double-walled ovens, among other stainless steel appliances, a small breakfast room, and an adjacent living room surrounding an additional fireplace.

Upstairs, the master suite features gorgeous views, double-height ceilings, and a custom closet. A deep soaking tub, stand-up shower, and dual sinks complement the en-suite bathroom which features cool blue accents in the tile and vanity and lots of natural light. The slim backyard space contains very little greenery, though it does offer a patio seating area, room for a barbecue, and a covered hot tub. In addition to the three bedrooms, the house has a boudoir which could easily be converted into an additional bedroom.
